i have been taking gymnastics since last summer. now, i can do 3 roundoff backhandsprings in a row. if you take gymnastics, you will learn a whole lot faster than if you teach yourself!it also depends on how much mucsle you have and how much you weigh!
it is different for every person because some people have it come naturally and others don’t. Some people may get their backhandspring within two weeks and others it may take 2 years. Some people have a mental block which is when they can do it they are just scared to for whatever reason like they dont want to do it there selves they are afraid to get hurt, etc.
well…it depends on what you can already do…but learning a back handspring isnt that hard…but a standing tuck it quite difficult. it took me a few months to learn them…so do think you will just get them really easy…it takes a lot of hard work to do a lot of things in gymnastics or cheerleading…but stunting
Our camp does not teach tumbling, but yes for most people it takes time to learn those things.
Stunts can be hard but if you practice perfection before progression it makes it easier, and safer. Here is an example of a stunt checklist: http://geocities.com/aescougarcheer/StuntProgression.htm
