Question by 5hirin: I’m 14, is it too late to be cheerleader captain in high school?
I’m 14 years old, I play basketball and I think to be cheerleader, you have to have skinny body and skills. Im going to start cheerleader classes, but am I too old to start cheerleading?

If you want to do something, just do it.
I thought the captain was always a Jr. or Sr., so no, you would not be too old. However, unless you had other athletic training, like tumbling or dance, you may need to tryout for pep squad or drill or dance team.
well 14 years old your still very young. as long as you believe in something and its your dream don’t let anything stop you. i think right now you’re doubting yourself but don’t let that ruin you. you’ll be a great captain for your fellow cheerleader.
true story my ex-gf she became the captain of the dance squad (and her dance quad is no joke there one of the best here in OC), when she was 16. so its never too late as long as you have life. she’s like you having some self-doubts but now she called me and now she is now a dance instructor. = ) don’t stop believin.
No your not to old to start. If you want to do something than do it
I think when you can become a cheerleader captain is when your a Jr or Senior.
Just try hard and work your way to the top.
