I want to be on the JV squad by 10th grade,
please help!

my gf is a good cheerleader she took gymnastics/yoga

    you should go do gymnastics this year then in 10th grade suprise them with ur handsprings that you learned in gymnastics. but you have to be willing remember in base ball and basketball your only droping the ball …. not sombody else or other ppl dropping you (if u evr become a flyer)

    Go to some gymnastic and cheerleader clinics. Try even some yoga classes. If you have a space in your house. Buy a gymnastic mat so you can practice without hurting yourself. Also is you are really into it. Buy a large trampoline big enough to practice flips and hand springs.
