   This is a kickover you are right about the walkover but this is not a walkover

    @MissRainRider Im not a gymnast either but im pretty sure a walkover you dont stop into a bridge you just go right over.
    But a kick over i think you stop into a bridge then kick your foot over ;D

    @MissRainRider When you do a walkover you do a backbend streight into a kickover With out a pause, and a kickover u do a traditionsal back bend then KICKOVER w/ a pause

    What is the difference between a “kickover” and a “walkover” ..? I’m not a gymnast, everything looks like the same for me 😀
