Ok,I’m 10 years old,and I been doing cheerleading for 3 years by now.But I got a little thick over the years so how do I get fit again?

Don’t worry too much, you’re still young. However, here’s my advice for you. Cheerleading is endurance and flexibility. The best thing to do is start running/swimming, this will tone you down as well as increase your heart’s ability to get in oxygen. Also, stretch before exercise and start doing cheers. Remember to not rush into it or else you can get hurt from the sudden increase in exercise. Ask your coach for more help if need be. Good luck!

    i always stretch EVERY day and jump about 10 jumps of each kind then i do cheerleading crunches (when you sit up you spread your legs like a toe touch) and about 50 of them and at the end i take a jog and drink alot of water! but something that helps you get in shape is eating right it not only helps you loose extra fat but gives you the right lifestyle to be a cheerleader:)
