How do I do these cheerleading moves?

I love cheerleading but I can’t do:
Cartwheel
Herky
Split

And sort of/sometimes sumersaults (I can do them good on trampolines but not really on the ground).

Can someone help me learn these?
I know I need more. But this is what I can’t do. The rest I can do.

Okay darlin’ well if you are planning on being on your cheerleading team, you might need more than this…but that’s okay.

Cartwheel:

You need to remember this,
hand, hand, foot, foot.

Okay first you have to have your favorite foot in front of you bent then your other foot behind you flat now arms but your ears and you satomach should me facing the floor
Second, put both hands on the floor kick the foot that is behind you up and followed by your other leg then thats how you do a cartwheel!!

Herky:

have one leg bent and the other to the side of you.

Split. all i can say is STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH hun. that’s the only possible way.

    aw theyre really simple, you just probabaly need to practice more. the person above me explained them good

    You need to stretch and stretch to get those splits. Stretching will also help you straddle in that cartwheel. Handstands will help you get that cartwheel nice and tall. (You can see videos of handstands and cartwheels here: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/tumbling.htm )

    For the somersaults do this:
    1) Put the back of your hands on your shoulders like you are delivering pizzas.
    2) Scooch down to the floor and smoosh the pizzas on the ground, keeping your hands flat on the ground.
    3) Stick your bum up in the air and tuck your head in to look at your belly button. (This is very important. Tucking your head protects it and your neck.)
    4) Push off with your legs, let your bum fall to the ground, and roll down your spine.
    5) Put your arms out and stand up.
