    For simple conditioning exercises you should practice push ups, planks, lunges and squats. Running also helps build stamina. You technically don’t need A LOT of endurance (if your talking about high school cheerleading) because most squads only cheer on sidelines. But at my school we completed, for that you need to be fit so you don’t get tired out when stunting and conditioning practice. I’m not sure what your school does, but I can’t hurt to improve your stamina!
