I just made the cheer squad at my school before summer ended and I wanted to see if there was any tips on what i can do during summer to to stay in shape 4 cheerleading ! THANXS <3

Go to tumbling class, and nearly every day work out and stretch, do tumbling drills, and practice your jumps and motions.
