you think you are or you know you are? ask your doctor? they can tell you if you should stop your regular exercise or continue.

depends if you fall into a high risk category

At the moment, no, it shouldn’t hurt you or the baby. But, you need to find out if you are pregnant or not, and the sooner the better. At a month, the baby is very well protected.

If you are pregnant, it’s important to avoid getting overheated, because that can hurt the baby. When you get further along (if you are pregnant), then you’ll need to stop, but the first month or two shouldn’t hurt. Talk to your doctor about it.

No you should definately stp doing these things now or else it does increase your chance of miscarriage. You first few months are the most crucial because any little thing can trigger a miscarriage. You need to rest alot your first months of pregnancy, or better yet your whole pregnancy. The first months and the last 2 months you need to rest the most. Good luck!

Usually if you are already active the doctors recommend you to stay active unless you fall into a high risk category. I don’t think you will be able to continue cheerleading when you get further along because your center of balance changes, but you should be fine. Drink plenty fluids so not to get dehydrated. (I did aerobics through my entire pregnancy.)
