Suppose a 15-year old boy was wearing a girl’s cheerleading uniform to school on a game day to match the rest of the cheerleaders, even though only the girls were the actual cheerleaders? What would other students say to him? What about teachers? Would it make any difference if he was wearing pantyhose with the uniform? Would he be allowed to stay in school that day, or would he be sent home to change?

do it and see what happens! you prob might get funny looks and maybe get sent home but it would be funny.
Some students would probably make fun of him, but quite a few would admire him for doing whatever he wants. Teachers might try to send you home to change, but if the uniform passes your school dress code, you should be allowed to wear it.
Well it really depends. The football team at my school used to do it to amuse people and raise our spirits before the game (you know, get us pumped up and all). It really was hilarious, and they all seemed to have a lot of fun acting goofy and silly. However, if your school is dealing with related issues, has a strict dress code, or is generally intolerant, the individual in question may find themselves in a bit of trouble. Pantyhose wouldn’t be advised, I’d wear shorts or similar for modesty.
I think that you’ll get a mixed reaction of laughs and projectile vomiting.
