Make sure you wear cheer gear which is
-soffe shorts with bloomers/spankies underneath, very important
-flat bottomed shoes
-a tight top with a sports bra underneath.
Make sure you also bring some water.

i’ve been a cheerleader since i was in the first grade. and ever since my fist year we wore flat bottom tennis shoes,cotton shorts,sports bra,tight-ish shirt that won’t fly up when you do a cart wheel or back hand sring and stuff like that oh by the way i’m in 8th grade so i should know
um to cheer practices i wear soffee shorts and a tank top and a sports bra and for shoes my squad ordered shoes but u can wear any flat bottomed tennis shoes and make sure to bring water and pony tail or some other way to keep ur hair out of ur face have fun

I had a daughter who was into cheer leading. I would go a watch here cheer. She would wear sweet pants and shirt and wear a t-shirt and shorts underneath with a good pair of running shoes until she broke a sweat from warming up. They do alot of running so be prepared to run. Oh yeah, and lots of water. Other than that, enjoy what you do and have fun.
