Question by Athena: what is the fastest way to arm strength for cheerleading?
well if you answered my previous question about basing for cheerleading and the best answer said build arm strength. And well i know that but how do i get it fast enough before we have to start doing big boy cheerleading stunts?

    weights weights weights and lots of push ups but dont hurt yourself- it takes time to build up arm strength

    if you plan on being a base, hold weights and do what you would do if u were basing with weights in your hand and that should build strength. good luck 🙂

    For arm strength you basically need to perform exercises that involve the muscles in your arms. Push-ups are great. Perform as many push-ups as you can, daily, but you can also use weight. If you don’t want your arms to bulk up, use small 5 to 10-pound weights but perform a lot of reps. Just Google “Arm exercises” and you will be able to find exercises to do with the weights.
