You do the same thing when you do a prep, except you extend your arms up.

Depends if you are going from prep to extension, or if you are going straight up to extension.

The directions I give will assume you are one of the side bases:

Prep to extension: Once you are in the prep position, look directly at the base across from you, while keeping your flyer in your view. On counts dip with your other base, and press the flyer straight up, locking your arms out at the top. At this point, look directly at your flyer. On counts pop cradle your flyer.

Straight up to extension: Go into a double squat along with the other base. Your flyer can either jump both feet in at the same time, or can start with one foot in. Either case, you keep your hands in blades close together, and as you press your flyer into the air, rotate your wrists as you press to a full extension. On counts, pop cradle your flyer.

dont you have coaches or captains to teach you how to base? its basically the same, but you have your arms straight above your head.
    extended is very easy.

do your coaches actually expect you to learn how to stunt on your own??? how many injuries do they want ???????
