Question by Crusen@AT&T: How do you become a jock or cheerleader on Sims 2: University?
I realize that you can dress a Sim up in the jocks’ jackets or the cheerleaders’ outfit, but I need to know how to become one of them. Its one of the wants of my Sim. Plus every walkthrough I’ve seen doesn’t state how to become one.

I don’t think you can be one. But you could certainly dress up as one. What you can do is have your sims dress up as a jock or cheerleader and then make them do “School Cheer”. that’s the closest you can be to a jock/cheerleder
