Everytime she complains, tell her something that could be worse. Or you could always make her run a lap everytime she does. That should keep her quiet. And if that doesn’t work, then add a lap to the one before when she complains again. That should work

It’s very simple:
Pull her aside in the middle of practicce, when she starts getting really bad. Tell her, politely, that she’s disrupting the class and that you really need her help to make this a success.
Make sure that you say that yo “need her help”. It will make her feel like she’s more in charge. If that doesn’t work, start enforcing penalties. If you have to, talk to the principle or the girls parents.
If she’s really bad, just kick her off the squad.
Tell her she needs to deal with it or quit the team. In private of course. There is no need to embarrass her in front of her peers.
maybe you should try talking to her alone. figure out if she is really interested in being there, or if someone is pushing her into being something she’s not. If she wants to be there then she needs to start working as a team. give her the option to straighten up, or get rid of her.
