Pratice cheerleading jumps. Pratice mainly Toe Touches, Hurdlers/Herkies, and Pikes. Keep stretching every night. Pratice cheerleading motions (high v, low v, t, broken t, high touchdown, low touchdown, hips are the main ones) and faciels (basically just smile and look like you’re having the time of you’re life) in front of a mirror. Make sure you’re motions are very tight and you are smiling. If you know a cheer pratice that to see how loud you can get. Remember when you cheer you project you’re voice. Almost yelling. But NOT screaming.
Just do that and you should get better.
    Good Luck!

You have to have some gymnastics experience and or dance! So I would take some classes which run around 50.00$ around here. I guess it depends where you go! And you need to work out lots… I’m a gymnast!

Just practice as much as you can. Maybe improve on areas that YOU think needs improvements. Perform of people who can give you constructive criticism and make it better.

I feel kind of lucky; in my middle school there was no try outs, anyone who wanted to be a part of the team was able!
