How can we motivate guys to tryout for cheerleading?

Question by stephanie p: How can we motivate guys to tryout for cheerleading?
Our squad is trying to motivate the bigger guys to tryout for cheerleading this year so that we will have a more competitive squad. They think the only sport that guys should do is football, basketball and baseball. Does anyone know of any good idea, or maybe some statistics to help motivate these boys?

    i think the idea of working with a bunch of girls in shorts skirts should be enough to motivate these guys

    they get to throw girls in the air and catch them and hold them! and they don’t wear skirts they wear a similar uniform top and pants.
