   I agree 100 % on this video. I do cheerleading, and I know how it feels when a coach saids,” no, you can’t work on this yet.” I know that feeling 100% and it hurts. I also know that safety comes first out of ALL things!

   I have goosebumps watching this. It is such a strong statement to hear from the best – we all need to build strong foundations to keep each other safe. Life is a marathon – not a sprint to the finish
