you are alot better at that then me =)
whenever i epically fail at doing that, my friend just say
“YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTANT WITH YOUR POWERR!!”
like your running start looked great its just when you put your hands on the ground , all your power goes to waist!
so even if the first couple of times you fall on your back because of to much power, its okay because at least you know that you are closer to your goal!
good luck on the team =)

Hey I’m also working my full but I’m not saying this to show off like that jerk chipper but ur gonna have to run but as your hands hit the ground push with your shoulders. To work on this lean against a wall upside down and try your hardest to hop off the ground without bending ur arms but popping your shoulders

ok, I’m in competitive cheerleading, and I can do a front hand spring.. so first of all right now all you’re doing is a front walkover and what I think you need is more power and a spoter. ask a coach or somone who has expirence to help you!

    good luck with the tryouts!

having taken gymnastics for many years you need to build up your arm and stomach muscles because those are the core muslces needed for a front and back handspring
