    she’s very good. but shes only good at conecting and twisting. not double flips as in full ins and double backs. i am 12 years old and currently working full ins and tripple fulls.

    kiara nowlin is awesome and she is my favorite cheer leader because i am in cheer and she is the person i want to be like one day but i mean she lands her fulls really weird when she goes into her back handspring out of a full. theres room for improvment.

    we have a seven year old who can throw a round off back hand spring one and a half and this is only her second year cheering.
