    @xBenchGalx try stretching every day u will get more and more flexible each time my fav strches are stradles and butterflys and all split strches if their is no local squad create ur own recreational one

    My school doesn’t hav cheer. Then, wen my friends n I made a petition we almost got detention! AND we had over 200+ signatures! Any advice?

    okay I’m 12 and I did cheerleading like no stunts and all,now I want to b on a team with my friends but they do stunts,and I don’t want to be on a team where I no no one,and my mom doesn’t have insurance on me,what should i do,my mom is a single me if that explains the no insurance

    I’m from the UK, and I’m really into cheerleading, but I don’t have a local squad, also I’m not really flexible like I can’t do tumble’s, also my schooldoesn’t do cheerleading =(, any tips??, (expectionally my flexiblity)
