Question by libby: Are you allowed to wear a bra with a cheerleading uniform?
Some girls in cheerleading look as if they have no boobs at all, I was wondering why? Is it the uniform squishing your boobs down or is it that you have to wear a special bra?

most girls wear sports bras, and that squishes boobs down kind of. it helps them from bounching all around and stuff, its just uncomfortable if you do sports in a regular bra. also, if the top goes in with a racerback style on the back, sports bras often come in that style and that provides a way for bra straps not to be shown, which is really tacky. anyways, hope i answered ur question!

Id go for a sports bra it’ll be the most comfortable and most afective
maybe some don’t have boobs or is onlysquishing their boobs if it is really tight
sports bras yeah. they dont jump around in pushups. and plus, cheerleaders uniforms have a high neckline, and show no cleavage.
most all cheerleaders do wear sports bras under their uniforms, some wear a regular one and a sports bra. but it looks like they don’t have boobs cuz alot of them don’t lol it’s from all the gymnastics and lifting that they do (if you look at gymnasts they barely have any)
