back hand spring on the trampoline is good.
splits, flips, just about anything
Jumping up and down is a good one. Have you tired that yet?
you know like you are standing and then you jump up and your feet are off the ground.
I’ve see cheerleaders do that. Watch some cheerleaders and you’ll see.
flips
Do your jumps on the trampoline. It can really help you jump higher. But be carful!
Jumps are very important! Try all of them on the trampoline. This will help you get higher when you do it on the ground! Also, try backhandsprings, once again this will help you do it on the ground.
try front flips also try to do some stunts like front-handspring stuff like that. ALWAYS STRECH FIRST!!!!!!!!
cheerleading jumps: toe touches, hurkeys, pikes
and back handsprings/back tucks if you know them
also you can teach yourself front handsprings/tucks, they are totally easy to do
learn to do a back handspring, back tuck, or other tumbling…also do toe touches, hurkeys, hurdlers, pikes, and other jumps
you can do front tucks and front handsprings as well
try to learn to do backflip thats a good one.
!)toe touch-try to jump higher and reach your toes. this will help you jumps get higher.
2)front and back flips-make sure you only do this if you have a big and surrounded trampoline.
2)practice cheer drills and moves like arms.
3)other cheerleading jumps like herkys,
4) practice your cheers on it!
hope this helped

It really depends on what you can do.
If you have little or no tumbling then try doing some of these on the tramp:
-toe touches, herkies, hurdlers and pikes
– seat bounce, puppy bounce (bounce off hands and knees), front bounce (stick straight on the trampoline) and back bounce (opposite of front bounce) These will all prepare you for tumbling
If you want to learn tumbling take a class at a local gymnastics gym. I would suggest learning to do a round-off before entering the class. A round-off is a very basic tumbling move. If you want to see one search youtube for “round-off” almost every tumbling pass will begin with these. They are basically cartwheels with more technique, and you squeeze your legs together at the end and try to get a rebound. You could probably teach yourself how to do this- I did.
If you don’t have any tumbling, don’t try it. If you do here is a good warm -up routine that I practice (Be sure to stretch off the tramp before doing any of these):
-three front tucks
-three back tucks
-a couple one step round-offs
-5 or 6 back-hand-springs (these are really important)
-standing layouts
I’m working on fulls right now, so if I have a spot I will do all this to warm-up and then get the spot to spot my fulls. If you have these skills down really well and are comfortable with them try doing them without much bounce. It will help you when you need to try them on floor.
practice your jumps and making a T while your in a jump
herkeys, hurdlers, toe touches, pikes etc.
you can try gymnastics like back tucks, back handsprings, fulls, layouts. hope that helps. good luck with your practices [:
I’m a cheerleader too and i don’t know much about tubling if thats what your looking for cuz i can’t tumble.
But it really helps your jumps to do them on the trampoline. Like try to get as high as you can. But be very careful cuz once i put like to much force into getting my legs up for a toe touch and like messed up my hip cuz my leg went to high for the angle out it was at or something. but yeah be careful!
