Q&A: How can I look good in a cheerleader uniform and bikini by january?

Question by Mellowyellow: How can I look good in a cheerleader uniform and bikini by january?
Okay so I’m 14 years old I’ve been casted as a cheerleader in a production of High School Musical 2. As a cheerleader, I have to wear a small red and white uniform, and a bathing suit for one scene. How can I get toned up and look good and strong by January? Thanks for your help!
sorry i meant cast, not casted lol, bad grammar

Definitly work out , push yourself but make sure it doesnt hurt… and get some music and dance or run or something that will help you with weight. and make sure you do push ups and sit ups as well because it will work your abs.

and why on earth would anyone wanna be cast as a role in high school musical … just my opinion.

main focus in those uniforms are legs…loads of cardio…squat….lunges…and situps….eat well.

wel trust me they wouldnt of givin u the part unless they knew you would be ok to wear a bikini. dont stress and have fun, my only advice would just to be not eat a lot of salty foods on the days your wearing your uniforms so you dont look bloated. Good luck and congratulations on making it!

Yoga, cardio like eliptical or treadmill that has interval training, lots of water, cut back on carbs, eat more dark leafy greens, eliminate sugar entirely (soda, coffee, tea too). Push yourself to your breaking point and enjoy the great way you look at the end.
