These flipping skills are TOTALLY ILLEGAL at the High School level! These skills are legal in level 4 and higher in the All-star divisions.
Again for high school these are illegal stunts! Please know High School Federation Rules before you make assumptions!

@Allisonxoxo2010 They took that cheer from North Carolina? That is very sad I wish they could do something about it.

@TheLolz654 Well just be really confident. When you do your try out dance, stay as tight and precise as you can. SMILEE!!!!! This is SOOO important. Smile throughout the whole thing. Be very loud during try outs…and when they ask what tumbling experience you have, even if you only can do a forward roll (like me) say it with a lot of confidence, and I garuntee you’ll look great. 🙂
