    @ManicCupcakeStar no, you are supposed to do a bridge in a back handspring. you obviously don’t know how to do a bridge the RIGHT way. your legs should be together and straight. you probably do your bridges with your legs bent and far apart. THAT would be undercutting.

    wow you aren’t supposed to do a bridge when you are doing a back handspring. if you do a bridge it’s called UNDERCUTTING, which = BAD.

    @Fozy372 i would reccomend an actual gym instructor, but make sure that the gym doesn’t suck… lol
