I would think you can.. isn’t cheerleading an extracurricular and band a “subject”? Just ask your teacher, it might be different for some high schools.

Most likely no because at some high schools the march band plays at the games and the cheerleaders cheer. But you would have to check with your school.
no-at football games the band is required to play in the stands at the same time as cheerleader stuff. If you are thinking color guard baton twirlers usually go be with the cheerleaders during games,, so that is an option
