    @coleyoko94 i just joined a basketball cheer squad as a junior in college! its never too late! just really work on your flexibility and your arm strength. That’s been the most helpful thing for me.

    Im in middle school and im in drill and we have to learn to do the toe touch , splitz and backflip!

    im a junior in highschool, i want to be a cheerleader really badly but i dont have any training. the school year has already started so i think ill have to try out next year when i am a senior. is that too late? i dont know any flips or things. PLEASE help me with advice!

    the guy in the front toe touch is pretty good….like i could do the toe touch but not as well as him….keep it up:D

    Monkey love, you have problems because he said it was BASIC jump, and its JUMPS not tumbling, get a grip and stop critising people on things you cant even do !

    @arobinsonrn hate to correct you, but he said pike. and that is a front hurdler. the herkie is when the leg is tabletopped and your knee is facing towards the audience. you do it forward but your leg is to the side and the knee is pointing towards where you’re looking pretty much. a hurdler is completely different.
