I’m 12 and I really wanna cheerlead. the problem is that I am not flexible and have never done it before. I can’t do splits, backflips, etc. Also, I don’t take gymnastics or ballet. Is it possible to grow flexible when you’re already 12?

yes, but it takes a lot of work. I recommend taking gymnastics, martial arts and a message therapist that is if you are willing to invest, in 2-3 years you will catch up with the rest of them
