Is 7th grade to old to become a dancer or cheerleader?

Question by Sophie Pecilunas: Is 7th grade to old to become a dancer or cheerleader?
I used to dance when I was little, like 4-7, and now I’m 12. I’m also not very flexible. How could I work on that? BUt I want to dance or cheerlead. My dad is a coach so I have always played sports, but I liked to expand my activities. Thanks!

I don’t think so, but you have to be committed, and work really hard. To gain flexibility you have to stretch every day. Also don’t be offended if you are put with younger students. You will have time to practice and If you work hard enough you can move up to kids our age (Yes, I am 12 too)
