I love to dance, but i wanted to join a cheerleading team to improve my danceing and to learn to cheer. But I can’t do a cartwheel……I NEED ADVICE! Please give me a cheerleader work out plan or some cheer tips and advice.

You Don’t Have to do a cartwheel. As long as you can do other stunts like toetouch,herkie,lifting or falling, then you’ll be ok. Cheerleading isn’t all about cartwheels.
