I have to write a paper on “What legal avenues can Desiree Jennings (backwards walking cheerleader) take in response to the severe reaction she had to the flu shot”, and I would like to know does she even have a case at all and if so where exactly would she start. Thanks in advance.

first her doctors have to prove that the flu shot caused the dystonia since this has not been verified yet. it might turn out to be a coincidence and it might not. so that should be the first step before thinking about legal actions
