Am being paid $ 800 as a cheerleading instructor. I want to write a proposal asking for more money. How do I go about it.

In my opinion, you would treat this just like any other professional job. You need to bring to their attention the accomplishments you’ve made (without sounding cocky) and just explain to them that you think you are getting paid below what the industry is paying for what you’ve accomplished:
