what cheerleading jumps and skills are needed for a varsity highschool cheerleading squad? im trying out this year and i have good tumbling skills and spirit, but im not very flexible or know the cheerleading jumps required. please answer! :))

For varsity highschool cheerleading squad a lot of jumps and skills are needed.
One of the jumps is for example the “kick jump”.
