I’ve danced all my life, and its been a long time goal of mine to be an professional cheerleader for a professional sporting team! I’m going to try out for the Rams cheerleading squad this year! Does anyone have any suggestions of some dance schools I can attend some refresher courses at???? I definitely have the look, just need to get my dance skills back up to par! Thanks in advance!

If I were you, I’d start looking at various dance schools in the area. If you’re lucky, you may find one that offers a cheer dance curriculum that you’d be able to get involved in for the spring.

You might be able to get some guidance at picking out a dance studio by talking to the Rams cheerleaders director. In all honesty, her advice would likely be the best you could get. She’d know what she’d want from you and, being in the dance industry, would likely have a good handle on who in the area understands the requirements best. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a few studios run by ex or even current cheerleaders who will really know first hand what to expect.
