Question by smile: What exercises can I do to perfect my cheerleading jumps?
I need to increase my height and form with my jumps. I heard about doing polymeric exercises to help with my jumps but I don’t know what polymeric exercises are. Any advice is appreciated!

Always stretch out your legs. Next, just put your arms in a ‘T’ motion. Keep your legs straight and point you toes as you lift them up behind your arms without bending them or moving your arms.
This helps your jumps by making it easier to pull up your legs

I just recently started cheerleading and I’m pretty flexible for a first timer, but I’m having trouble doing the toe touch and I’d like to know how to do one perfectly because I’m a perfectionist and my coach isn’t really helping me.
