We have tried to remember how to prep for it but it never works. The end result should be a single base holding you butt up with their arm extended .

ahhhh this is called a toss chair or chair sit. are you coed or all girl? there are different ways to start this stunt… the basic way is with a step up into it then you can try a drive from the ground and then finally a toss to the chair. The basic way is to have the main base squat with her hand on the bottom of the flier and the left arm grabbing the left ankle of the flier.
the flier should be stepping onto the mains thigh with her left leg and then both hands on the shoulder of the base.
both people dip together and then drive to the top. the flier rotates to the front and pulls her right leg up to rest on the extended arm of the base… the base dips and drives the flier up with the ankle grabbing hand and pushes the fliers bottom up with the right hand.. the stunt turns to the front naturally… be safe and great luck!

Well im kinda a male cheerleader so i need to lift wieghts so i need someone who could give me some type of workout to do at my gym…(24 hour fitness) and yeah so help!!!

I would work on your over all strength. Lift weights and focus on your arms, legs and your core. The typical push ups, crunches, bench presses, pull ups,will work. Don’t forget stamina. You are going to be doing a 3 minute routine non stop. Start running and throw in some sprints too, they will help.
Work on your arm motions and your jumps too, it won’t do you just focus on working out and forget to practice.

Do you have a local college or other high school nearby that has male cheerleaders? Go and speak to them and they can give you an idea as to what specific machines to use or drills to do.

I am 14 years and and turning fifteen next year, and i do cheerleading. I am the person that helps lift the girl. The other day my friend told me that if i lift heavy stuff, i might not be able to have a kid when i grow up. Is that true? Should i quit?

no it isnt im 18 and was a cheerleader up until i got prengent and had no problem you will be fine!

I was just curious how they did the cheerleading tryouts scene. Was is actually real, or was it edited?

I think it was fake. They probably had strings or something lift her.
