Me and my friend are planning to join a cheerleading squad in September.

But the only problem is that i have my belly button pierced. Is that allowed in cheerleading?

My little sister cheers and she has one. Just take it out whenever in uniform and they dont have to know!

Some girls in cheerleading look as if they have no boobs at all, I was wondering why? Is it the uniform squishing your boobs down or is it that you have to wear a special bra?

As far as UCA cheerleading goes, what is the most advanced tumbling skill you can do? (Regardless of division.) We’re just performing on mats, not springboard or anything. So what is the most advanced skill you can do? The most I’ve seen is a round-off backhandspring full twisting layout. Is there anything more advanced than that??

A full is the most advanced, you can’t do doubles.
