No. Its his money. Its Halloween. Is this a money question or sexuality question?

i would be upset if it was my money my son was spending!
No, if he did that he must have a job and is allowed to choose what he spends his money on.
i would be mad that my son is gay but it is money.
No, I’d ask him why he didn’t ask me to buy it for him.
IIf it’s his own money, he can do whatever he pleases with it, but ‘d be upset that my son wasn’t creative enough to think of a way to construct a Halloween costume using less money…Halloween is the time to get creative and use your resources and thrift stores
whats with the fetish with a guy being a cheerleader for halloween.. geez, its a holiday for dress up, if he wants to be a cheerleader then go ahead. I wont spent 50 bucks on any costume so I guess he would have to spend his own money on it haha
haha well im not a parent, but i do think if its his money, he has a right to buy what he wants.
but i think its funny how naive you sound, because he probably went to a lot of trouble finding a cheap one.
and before you ask- YES, that IS cheap. Most cheer uniforms are up in the hundreds, sometimes the thousands.
And i think its awesome that he’s being unique. Most teenage boys wouldnt dare be a CL for halloween. I mean, theyre all ‘my costume IS unique- whats so special about a tshirt that says ‘This is my fxxkin costume, deal with it’? Pssshhhh!
if it was his money no but i would think it would be a waste of money
It’s His Money And At Least It Not $ 100+ and he need to cheer all the time
He could join A Cheerleader Time If He Wants To
Only reason that I might be upset that he spent that much is if he didn’t use a coupon code to get a discount. 🙂
As long as its a costume that he could use year after year, then it wouldn’t be so bad. If anything, I would use this an an opportunity to find out about his spending habits. If you approach the situation with tact, you can help shape his spending habits so that he still gets what he wants without spending all his hard earned money to do so.
